Located in the picturesque village of Pontresina, the property is a luxurious 6 bedroom chalet stretching over 5 floors. It consists of 3 apartments combined into one large chalet. The chalet perfectly blends modern clean lines and traditional fixtures and features such as the beautiful exposed wooden beams.

The chalet offers extensive living spaces along with beautiful views. There is a large living room containing an array of comfortable seating and a large square dining table. Above this is a mezzanine with a cosy home cinema area.

The chalet has a beautiful wellness area located on the second floor. This again makes the most of the traditional features of the building so the steam room and fitness room are both accessed through arched small doorways. Also in this area is a large modern glass sauna, loungers and an indoor Jacuzzi.

In total, there are six bedrooms. Four of the six bedrooms are en-suite whilst the other two share a bathroom. The bedrooms are a mixture of ultra modern clean cut rooms and more traditional wood clad rooms, perfect for those with differing tastes. The large master bedroom can be found on the top floor and has its own feature fireplace which separates the main sleeping area from the open plan shower and bath, both of which are found in the centre of the large room.
