The unique chalet is a wonderful blend of modern and contemporary furnishings with authentic alpine décor ensuring maximum relaxation and never ending luxury. Spread over three floors, the chalet sleeps 10 people in five beautifully designed bedrooms.
The spacious open plan living and dining area is situated on the second floor, soft lighting, clean lines and natural wood create a haven of sophistication. The focal point of the room is the beautiful Lorenzo Quinn sculpture which sits in front of the far window against the dramatic backdrop of the Le Grand Sassière mountain range. The wonderfully inviting L shaped sofa is the perfect spot to relax and unwind with a glass of champagne in front of the roaring fire. The well-equipped kitchen overlooks the large dining table creates an ideal entertaining area.
The ground floor is the main sleeping floor which has four twin/double bedrooms, all with en-suite shower rooms and French windows which open out on the terrace. The ski room with heated boot warmers is on the lower ground floor, where there is also a staff office and toilet. One underground parking space is available at the property.
In total, the chalet has 5 bedrooms all with en-suite shower rooms and either private balconies or terrace access. The top floor is home to the impressive master suite. Floor to ceiling French windows open out onto a private balcony allowing light to flood in. There is an en -suite shower room and separate toilet.

December 30, 2019 at 5:38 pmThis was our second time in this beautiful chalet. The ambiance and facilities suit us so well. The position of the chalet is ideal, next to the piste! Tignes centre is easily accessed and runs late into the evening to allow great apres ski and meals out! The shop next door is really well stocked and offers fondue meals although we didn’t use this.

Chalet Genya itself was very spacious. Cooking facilities were perfect. Located within 1 minute to the piste, ideal!

February 20, 2019 at 2:59 pmChalet Genya was cozy with a log burning stove and excellent Wi-Fi . There was also an excellent selection of books and games to entertain us. Also the hot tub…magnificque! The kitchen was extremely well-equipped including a stone raclette set which we all enjoyed using .
Car parking was excellent with space for at least three cars. The ski locker in the boot room was within easy reach of the car and the heated boot racks were considerably appreciated .
Bedrooms and bathrooms were well appointed and of good size and there was plenty of hot water.
All in all an excellent base for a fantastic holiday!

It was a very nice holiday thanks to the chalet, and its location at the same time not far from the slopes, but also in a charmant village. Some members of the family did not want to ski 6 days, so having a nice place was important too.
Helpful ReviewIt has 5 very comfy bedrooms with 5 bathrooms. Everything was perfectly clean, including beds and towels. There was bread and other stuff when we arrived. Particularly a lot of non-perishable product already there. It was just perfect.
