Located in Surlej, a ten minute drive from the centre of St. Moritz, the chalet offers easy access to the slopes being only 100 metres from the ski area of Corvatsch and it is possible to ski back to the door. Surlej is a quiet area with some excellent restaurants and plenty of sporting opportunities including skiing and hiking.
Blending chalet-style decor with African flair, the property has a warm, welcoming feel. On the top floor is a cosy living room with a balcony, a stylish dining room seating twelve people, a fully-equipped kitchen and a cosy TV corner under eaves. A second living area is located on the ground floor with a fireplace and playing corner for the children. There is also a second dining area and kitchen on this level.
Set over three floors, the property is able to accommodate twelve adults and eight children in eight en-suite bedrooms; five doubles, a twin and two quad bunk rooms.
A fantastic wellness area with indoor swimming pool, sauna, relaxation area, sauna, shower and small gym is located on the lower ground floor.

January 6, 2021 at 6:19 pmWhat a great quirky, stylish chalet. You leave your boots to warm just inside the door and from that moment you are pampered. Chef Micah was incredible. Loved his crab soufflés especially and the way he served up all our meals – as if we were in a Michelin starred restaurant. Even his vegetarian dishes were inventive . New Year’s Eve with a ten course menu was a real night to remember and Anna had produced our favourite coffees or hot chocolates from the professional looking coffee machine before we had even asked by morning two.
Helpful Review 2Only disappointed by weather one day – but everything else was amazing!

December 26, 2019 at 10:59 amLindia is a true pearl, a great find for both excellent skiing and a high level service. All our truly diverse demands have been catered with attention of a top level concierge. Food deserves additional mentioning, as it has been served the way you expect of a Michelin star restaurant, only in your own kitchen based on your preferences.

March 18, 2019 at 11:46 pmThe ski out location of the chalet is perfect, along with the beautiful view of the sunrise and sunset each morning and evening. It’s close to pretty walking roots and forests to explore if you don’t feel like skiing. The food at the chalet was lovely each night. Each day, while skiing, I would look forward to the exciting new meals I would be having in the evening. The swimming pool and sauna in the chalet is the perfect rest spot to relax in after a day of skiing. I couldn’t recommend staying here more, it’s the perfect place for a holiday!

January 8, 2019 at 12:50 pmChalet Lindia in real life was better than it looked on the website ( nice surprise)and the views special. Can’t imagine a better place to have been for New Years fireworks either. We loved every three course dinner and discovered that the chef (Micah) had been trained in Michelin two star restaurants. He made us canapés which we will never forget and mains dishes like venison and tuna which even our children loved. We awoke to hearty breakfasts of pancakes (and full Englishes). Thanks for your care too Anna (her carrot cake became legend).
Helpful ReviewNew Year’s Eve dinner at the chalet was a real feast and will be a life time’s memory. Really recommend staying here, where you are so close to the slopes but in your own little oasis, a chalet which is classy but unpretentious with incredible staff. This is as good as it gets for a New Year’s Eve ski getaway.
