Situated in an incredibly private and beautiful setting, this chalet is one of the most impressive properties in Kitzbühel. Located just 15 minutes from the centre of the resort and features magnificent mountain views and incredible indoor and outdoor spaces. Stunning in both summer and winter, the chalet is set over three floors and spans five buildings, offering a huge 1,100m² of living space for up to 18 guests.
Built from over 200-year-old mature timber the chalet has a traditional exterior; yet inside it is extremely luxurious, featuring stylish Italian sofas, Ralph Lauren cloths and handwoven rugs from India. On the upper floor is an astonishing open plan living and dining area. Large sliding windows open onto a spacious terrace and really do bring the outside in. There are numerous dining areas including various terraces and a sheltered grill area with outdoor cooking facilities. There is also a fully-equipped kitchen with breakfast area.
One of the many highlights of the chalet is its superb spa featuring an 18m indoor/outdoor swimming pool. In the summer an outdoor swimming lake provides you with a refreshing way to cool off. There is also a gym equipped with Technogym equipment and a KLAFS sauna for post-ski relaxation. Just next door is a TV room where you can put your feet up.
The chalet is able to accommodate up to 18 guests across nine beautifully-appointed suites. The master bedroom with its spacious dressing room, stylish bathroom and private atrium is especially impressive. All of the bedrooms feature luxurious boxspring beds, lighting by Porta Romana and bathrooms with Dornbracht fittings. Large windows with terraces ensure that the mountains are never far away.

January 30, 2020 at 5:51 pmChalet Metya is amazing value for money, being incredibly well appointed with private pool, sauna, spa bath, cinema style film viewing, gorgeous bedrooms, views and spacious living areas. Add to this the lovely staff, for whom nothing is too much trouble. The food was consistently excellent and they managed the balance of friendliness and unobtrusiveness very well. The only potential downside of this chalet is its location, some way above the village itself. However chauffeur’s willingness to drop off and pick up within 10 minutes of a phone call makes this no disadvantage whatsoever.

The food was divine, Our private chef is an amazing cook! I was the particularly fussy eater of our group and they really took note of this and made me special meals when necessary which I’m very appreciative of.
The chalet was spotless with fantastic facilities including en suite bedrooms, private pool, library, wifi, drying room.
Thank you both for making it such a great time, you literally couldn’t have done more for us and it was lovely to share the experience with you!

Great taxi service to and from the Mountain and generally a very professional, discreet and friendly service provided in a luxurious Chalet that comfortably catered for three families

March 13, 2019 at 8:39 amThis was our first skiing trip with the kids and as a group of 3 families. After months of extensive searches online looking for that perfect ‘chocolate box’ chalet in a great location with enough living room to accomodate 18 people, we finally found our match.
We were not disappointed when we arrived. The chalet was beautiful with ample space and everything we had hoped for. The added extras made our holiday all the more enjoyable and provided plenty of entertainment for the kids (and adults!). chlets were so friendly and accommodating to all our needs they really made our holiday experience so much more memorable. The food and accompanying wine was perfect. I would definitely recommend this chalet and will definitely be revisiting in the future.
