Fresh, funky, and set in the heart of Gstaad, the chalet has genuine A-List appeal. Where else would you find an underground garage for five vehicles? Not to mention the stylish lift which connects the four floors of this newly-built luxury ski chalet. Don’t be fooled by the Hansel and Gretel exterior with its delicately carved eaves and wooden shutters. Inside is a symphony of lightness and brightness, adorned with contemporary pieces and a few choice antiques. Ultra-modern has never felt so cosy and welcoming.
First class cuisine is cooked up every day by your private chef and the chalet hosts take care of all your needs. The housekeeper restores cleanliness and order, and the in-resort chauffeur can whisk you home from the nightclub. Just unwind in the gorgeous open plan living space on the top floor and revel in the luxury. Whoever designed the chalet surely had a vision of the ideal ski holiday. The dining area, sitting area and a private bar are arranged around a central wood burning fire, and surrounded by panoramic views.
As well as the top floor living space, the chalet has plenty of alternative nooks for chilling out. The ground floor sitting room and the first floor TV room/study are great if you have energetic children who need their own space, or for anyone who likes to squirrel themselves away with a good book. The lavish sleeping quarters are laid out on the two floors below, whilst below ground there is a private spa and fitness area. Even your car will enjoy the luxury treatment at the chalet in the large indoor garage.
Another bonus is the self-contained duplex apartment on the lower ground floor – available for your staff, or extra guests when the chalet is rented on a catered basis. The chalet can also be taken on a self-catering basis, with housekeeping and the concierge service, and there are many extra services you can add on such as childcare, ski guiding, airport transfers and massages.

January 6, 2021 at 1:12 pmWe stayed at the chalet for 7 nights (which is definitively too short for such a charming place) and loved it from the first moment on! The location is perfect- with a breathtaking panoramic view!
Helpful ReviewThe rooms are accurate clean and nicely furnished – especially the bathroom with a jacuzzi and a rain shower is great!
Not forgetting the uncomplicated contact with Viktoria – no question remained unanswered!
Alltogether, Chalet Zomaya earns absolutely 5 *****. And if we travel once again to Gstaad, we will come back!

December 28, 2020 at 11:06 amWe went in a group of some friends and really enjoyed it! The location with a spectacular overview of the village, located next to the piste so you can start and end your skiing day at home, the very lovely Derin who did her very best to welcome us and make us feel comfortable – nothing to complain about.

March 22, 2019 at 8:46 pmWe stayed at Chalet Zomaya for a week in March with another couple who also had a young baby and some other friends of ours. We found everything to be spot on from start to finish.
Chalet Zomaya itself is immaculate. Newly refurbished with lots of lovely touches that make it a warm, cosy home away from home. The owners clearly have an eye for the finer details and know what’s required. The chalet is well stocked and well fitted out.
We were really looked after, chlets even helped arrange babysitting for us so that we could all enjoy the skiing.
Overall a great place to stay, somewhere we highly recommend and we can’t wait to return there with our mountain bikes in the summer!
