Les Arcs

It is easy to see why Les Arcs has remained a favourite among skiers and snowboarders all over the world, over the years. There are seven different resort bases to select from, 200km of local slopes, and double that when the rest of the Paradiski is included.
A wide variety of runs are available, ranging from long, cruising reds and blues to steep blacks and some lovely tree-lined slopes, which are quite uncommon in this region of the French Alps. The lift system has received significant financial investment, and it is currently fairly slick with few slow chairs left.
The Paradiski lift pass upgrade allows skiers in the intermediate to advanced levels to access an additional 225km of slopes at neighbouring La Plagne, which are connected by the double-decker Vanoise Express cable car.
