Nendaz

Nendaz, a charming resort nearby Verbier, Thyon, and Veysoonaz, is situated in the centre of the Four Valleys area. It features a lovely, historic centre, and in more recent years, new apartment complexes in the chalet style have spread outward, providing affordable lodging for tourists.
Although Nendaz has long been a favourite of skiers in Europe, it is quickly becoming much more well-known in the UK. The resort has received special recognition from the Swiss Tourist Board for its family-friendly credentials and is located right in the middle of the wonderful Four Valleys region (next to Verbier), one of the largest and most renowned regions in the Alps with more than 400km of pistes and fantastic off piste.
Rapid growth has made Haute Nendaz a very sought-after area with several excellent eateries. The ski schools are top-notch, and the “kids’ area” at the top of Nendaz (reachable from the Tracouet lift in Nendaz village) is enormous, safe, and a lot of fun. It also has a fantastic bar and restaurant.
